Integrated Report 2021 13 MoU between Serba Dinamik International Limited and Hydro Village Limited Serba Dinamik International Limited (“SDIL”) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (“MoU”) with Hydro Village Limited on the 57.3MW Myagdi Khola Hydropower Project in Nepal’s Myagdi District, the signing was held at Menara Serba Dinamik, Shah Alam. MAR (continued) 5 MoU between Serba Dinamik Group Berhad and Malaysian Technology Development Corporation Serba Dinamik Group Berhad (“SDGB”) and the Malaysian Technology Development Corporation (“MTDC”) inked a memorandum of understanding (“MoU”) to foster the growth of digital startup ecosystem in Malaysia. The collaboration between both parties was aimed at providing guidance and mentoring for the innovative transformation of budding entrepreneurs. This collaboration would assist new-age technology startups in the country to focus on future technologies like Artificial Intelligence (“AI”), 5G mobile network, Big Data, Cybersecurity, Blockchain, Internet of Things (“IoT”) and Machine Learning to leverage digital growth opportunities across their global network. JUNE 7 Serba Dinamik IT Solutions Appointed as Tithe Collection Agent A Memorandum of Understanding (“MoU”) was signed between Serba Dinamik IT Solutions Sdn. Bhd. and Pusat Zakat Selangor to appoint Qwik Pay as a secured online tithe payment channel. In the same event, Serba Dinamik also donated some cash funds to the asnaf community.
