Where relevant, it also includes some events that occurred in January up to April 2020. ORGANISATION BOUNDARIES This statement covers the operations of Serba Dinamik Holdings Berhad and its subsidiaries in Malaysia and foreign countries. Acquisitions are included in data sets once they are legally owned and fully integrated into the corporate structure of Serba Group.
