The Group has implemented a comprehensive oversight framework towards identifying risks and opportunities that could necessitate adaptations or changes to the business model. The assessment of the external landscape is performed through a multi-capital lens, which considers how developments within the political, economic, social, technological, legal and environment (“PESTLE”) landscapes impact availability and access to resources, business strategies and processes and ultimately outputs and outcomes (values created).
