Yau Xiang Ying

Head of Finance
Yau Xiang Ying is the Group’s Head of Finance, responsible for the Group’s accounting, taxation, and corporate finance functions.

She holds a Bachelor of Accounting (Honours) from Multimedia University, Malaysia, and is a Chartered Accountant of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants.

With prior audit experience involving public listed and private companies, she manages the Group’s financial operations, budgeting, and strategic planning, while ensuring compliance with applicable financial and regulatory requirements.

Kuan Lee Sia

Head of Procurement
Kuan Lee Sia is the Group’s Head of Procurement, responsible for overseeing local procurement operations and supplier management.

She holds a Diploma in Technology from Tunku Abdul Rahman University of Management and Technology and a Master of Science in Engineering Business Management from the University of Warwick, United Kingdom.

With over 20 years of experience, she has played a key role in shaping the Group’s procurement strategy and implementing cost-effective purchasing practices.

Cheong Poh Peng

Head of Human Resources
Cheong Poh Peng is the Group’s Head of Human Resources, responsible for overseeing the Group’s human resources and administrative functions, including recruitment, payroll management, employee welfare, and general administration.

She holds a Bachelor of Business and Knowledge Management from Multimedia University, Malaysia.

She manages the Group’s human resources operations and supports organisational and administrative matters.
