SUSTAINABILITY STATEMENT MATERIALITY MATTERS (cont’d) SUSTAINABILITY STATEMENT HAZARD IDENTIFICATION, RISK ASSESSMENT AND RISK CONTROL (“HIRARC”) The Group conducts risk assessments to evaluate and identify hazards and risks in the workplace. OSHA is often tasked with conducting a thorough review of the environment, including the building, working practices and any other hazards that may exist. The Group has conducted programmes on the prevention and control of health issues such as COVID-19, including awareness briefings, hygiene and sanitation measures, and workplace safety protocols. These initiatives are implemented for employees and, where relevant, extended to the community. Regular inspections are carried out to review hazardous activities and processes, assess the related risks, and determine whether safer alternative methods can be adopted. The Chief Caring Officer, acting as Chief Risk Officer, is responsible for the Company’s risk management operations, including managing, identifying, evaluating, reporting and overseeing the firm’s OSH risks externally and internally to the organisation, and thus works diligently with Senior Management on governing this material topic. The Board received quarterly reports on risk-related topics. To prevent any significant negative OSH impacts on them and the organisation, Zetrix AI conducts regular safety trainings and briefings for employees. OSH TRAINING Employee OSH training programmes provided by Zetrix AI include Basic Occupational CPR, First Aid & AED, Basic Fire Fighting and briefing on the OSH Act.
