These policies can be viewed by all employees on the ESS System. Zetrix AI always aims to reduce workplace injuries by improving our health and safety procedures whilst also creating awareness on harassment and bullying in the workplace. We also target to review the current relevant policy/ programme on health and safety, OSHA, harassment and bullying to mitigate these issues from occurring again. EMPLOYEE MENTAL HEALTH Zetrix AI continued its efforts to bolster positive mental health among employees in FY2025 The Group treats mental health to be just as important as physical wellbeing, more so after the pandemic’s restrictive and isolated effects on society. From organising games and teambuilding sessions to forwarding news clippings / articles on mental health awareness to employees, Zetrix AI continues to motivate its staff, boost morale and create a channel for staff to ease their frustration garnered from work stress, customer complaints, irregular working hours and more. We also continue to rely on robust digital communication platforms such as Zoom, WhatsApp and e-mails when needed, alongside physical channels, to propagate these mental health initiatives across the organisation. COMMUNITY INITIATIVES Zetrix AI remains committed to upholding its corporate social responsibility (“CSR”) by supporting a range of charitable causes and community programmes through both financial and non-financial contributions. In FY2025, Zetrix AI invested RM12,245.15 in the community, with the target beneficiaries being external to the listed issuer. The Group recognises that meaningful community engagement creates positive social value while also strengthening its relationship with stakeholders. As a technology and digital services provider, Zetrix AI acknowledges the importance of the local community in supporting the growth of its business and the continued use of its products and services. In this regard, the Group seeks to contribute positively to society, with a focus on welfare, socio-economic development, children’s rights and broader community wellbeing. To support these efforts, Zetrix AI carries out its CSR initiatives through Komuniti MYEG, the Group’s CSR arm, which comprises employees who voluntarily contribute their time and effort to community programmes. Employee participation is encouraged as part of fostering a culture of social responsibility within the organisation, and employees are invited to participate in CSR activities through internal e-mail communications circulated across the organisation. Volunteers are recognised through certificates of participation, and their involvement in CSR activities is also reflected in their annual performance assessment through additional appraisal marks. This approach reinforces the Group’s commitment to encouraging employee involvement in community-focused initiatives. Zetrix AI also seeks to maintain close and accessible communication with the community. The Group can be reached through e-mail, phone calls and social media platforms such as Facebook and X. Any issues relating to its services, business practices, operations or employee conduct are open to discussion.
