SUSTAINABILITY STATEMENT MATERIALITY MATTERS (cont’d) Zetrix AI plans to enhance its learning and development initiatives through the adoption of digital learning platforms, targeted upskilling programmes, and continuous competency development such as: Upskilling & Reskilling for the Digital Workplace In-App Experiences Learning in the Moment of Need With digital transformation comes the need for reskilling our existing workforce on how to use new digital processes and tools. It also means many traditional types of jobs that can be automated, will be automated, meaning certain jobs will become obsolete. That brings opportunities as well, as new jobs will emerge as new needs become clearer (i.e. AI professionals). This type of learning and development and support content allows employees to learn in the flow of work, at the exact moment of need, without leaving their digital tools. This type of learning empowers employees with the right support content at the right time, is more engaging and interactive, cuts down overall training and onboarding time as well as improves the productivity of workers. This type of learning experience is much more effective than traditional training in helping employees to better retain knowledge, providing employees with support content in the flow of work. This allows workforces to become more productive, as instead of spending dedicated time on “what-if” training and development, they’re learning with real-life experiences – in the flow of their daily work. Microlearning Real-Time Employee Feedback Microlearning is a type of learning that breaks down learning content into small, bite-sized information modules. Smaller learning sessions offer the right amount of information necessary for learners to achieve a specific training objective, making microlearning valuable in business contexts. Microlearning is effective because learners apply the skills they’ve acquired before they lose attention, thus improving knowledge retention. This is also referred to as real-time learning. With real-time employee feedback, Learning & Development (“LD”) teams can ask learners for their feedback or more in-depth, long-form answer surveys – directly after or during an employee training course. Learning through in-app experiences, with knowledge bases, or while learning in the moment of need, all present unique opportunities for L&D teams to build in simple, short questions that pull vital data on the impact and helpfulness of their training and support content. Alongside adopting these modern training trends, Zetrix AI looks to bolster its learning and development infrastructure with key initiatives including: • Choosing a modern learning platform • Training and development books • Mentorship programmes • Recognition and awards • Lunchtime learning sessions • Incorporate blended learning • Employee and manager feedback • The 4 C’s of blended learning Following is a complete list of FY2025 internal and external training programmes held: • Entrepreneurship 101 • CAAM Remote Pilot Certification of Competency • MyAssist X ARA Services • MAICSA Annual Conference 2025 • Managing Multigenerational Leaders • How to sell in tough time • Basic Occupational First Aid, CPR and AED • Sustainability Training • Basic Fire Fighting & ERT • People Management Fundamentals for Non HR Roles • Director Duty of care skill and diligence under Companies Act 2016 • Product Introduction/JPJ Services • ZOHO & MyAssist • JPJ & Other Services • STMS/Twocar/1MID Account • Public Kiosk, Payment Process Flow & System • Communication & Networking • Creative & Analytical Thinking • CardBiz refresher training • Cuscapi refresher training • Immigration : ITR Number • New Joiner Induction Programme • MBRS 2.0 - For Preparers Financial Statements • JPJ : Summons JPJ under VEP and RC • Website Revamp & MyDigital ID • Organization Adaptability & Grooming Ettiquette • MyAssist & PASTI briefing • Home Content Insurance • Refresher Training: Customer Service Skills • Value Driven Professional • New Payment Process Flow/VEP/System • IFRS S2 Climate Risk Assessment Workshop • OSHA Act Training • Tax Seminar on Budget 2025 - Budget Highlights and Recent Tax Developments • MAICSA Regulatory Forum 2025 • Web AI and The AI‑Powered Marketer 130
