SUSTAINABILITY STATEMENT MATERIALITY MATTERS (cont’d) SUSTAINABILITY STATEMENT HIRING AND ATTRITION RATES When it comes to hiring, Zetrix AI’s HR representative conducts a briefing for all new joiners where they undergo introductions and are guided on the basic rules during their first day of work. An induction training for a new employee will usually be arranged within 30 days of that new employee joining the company. The employee exit process at Zetrix AI involves an Exit Interview Form sent to the resigning employee upon notification of his/her resignation. An exit interview will be conducted if the HR department deems it necessary based on reviewing the Exit Interview Form received. Zetrix AI hired a total of 310 new employees in FY2025, which brought our total employee count to 1,909 personnel as of 31 December 2025.
