In FY2025, 53 team members consisting of assistant managers, team leaders and assistant team leaders attended bullying and harassment training. Zetrix AI respects the right to freedom of association in Malaysia and the right to collective bargaining. Both come under statutes of the ILO and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. Employees are free to join any political body, trade association, NGO or religious/cultural group of their choosing so long as these groups are not illegal. Zetrix AI ensures that employees receive advance notice regarding any changes to their work location, job roles, or other employment-related conditions. Employees are given the opportunity to discuss these changes with their superiors or the HR department. Additionally, Zetrix AI ‘s formal grievance mechanism is available for employees to express any concerns or dissatisfaction. Zetrix AI’s employee handbook clearly outlines the rights and benefits they possess at Zetrix AI. Other than English, this handbook has been translated into Bahasa Malaysia. As of FY2025, items such as Industrial Relations SOPs, Performance Improvement plans, Warning Letters, Show Cause Letters and induction programmes have been translated into Bahasa Malaysia. Anyone found in breach of these policies will be severely punished for their actions, which may include warnings, suspensions and in extreme cases, contract termination. HUMAN RIGHTS IN THE SUPPLY CHAIN Zetrix AI believes that our approach to human rights should be shared by all levels of our supply chain. We would not continue business with anyone found to be lacking in any of these departments. All business associates are required to complete an acknowledgement and declaration form to demonstrate their agreement to comply with the Code of Business Ethics that Zetrix AI has established. Our Code of Business Ethics sets out the standards of ethical business practices and conduct that the Group expects from all business associates of the Group, including but not limited to service providers, suppliers, business partners, joint venture entities and partners, associate companies, distributors, consultants, contractors, agents, and any thirdparty performing services for or on behalf of the Group. GRIEVANCE MECHANISM Management unequivocally supports employees’ rights to flag any actions that involve harassment, bullying, human rights violations and breaches of labour laws via Zetrix AI’s whistleblowing channel and policy. Employees are neither censured nor discouraged from sharing their grievances. They may also do so collectively. All complaints will be thoroughly investigated. Unless required by law, the identities of complainants will be kept confidential. In FY2025, zero cases were brought up through the grievance mechanism for human rights or labour standards violations. There have been zero reported infringements on the rights of any persons, adult or child, nor any incidents of forced or compulsory labour. Neither has there been any violation of human rights involving indigenous people’s rights at any time in Zetrix AI’s history.
