100 YINSON HOLDINGS BERHAD HIGHLIGHT: 2025 Y4Y grant recipients SOLS Foundation • Installed home solar PV systems, providing 15 households with sustainable and affordable lighting solutions. • Delivered a basic financial literacy workshop, equipping villagers with financial planning skills and knowledge against cyberscams. Based on the pilot SROI assessment over a 5-year projection, every RM1 invested in SOLS Foundation is estimated to generate a social return of RM8.43. SAGEMAKER ASIA PLT • Refurbished SAGEMAKER ASIA PLT’s (“SAGEMAKER”) community hub in Ampang to support skills development and handicraft production for more than 40 women artists from low income households. • Co-created Malaysian-themed educational products in conjunction with Malaysia Day, with a portion of the proceeds going to the women artisans. • Distributed 29 hand-sewn school bags made from upcycled fabrics to underprivileged children from Buku Jalanan Chow Kit. Other CSR highlights during FY2026 include: • In partnership with the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) and the Petroleum Commission of Ghana, Yinson Ghana invested approximately USD 350,000 in the Net-Zero Carbon Emissions Lab (NCEL), Ghana’s first facility dedicated to specialised carbon measurement and decarbonisation research. • Yinson Ghana partnered with the Ghana Education Service and Youth Bridge Foundation to host a two-week, hands-on STEM clinic for over 500 girls in Ahanta West. This initiative aims to bridge the gender gap in science and technology through practical activities such as circuit building and chemistry. • Yinson Ghana welcomed 50 new students from Ahanta West into the Yinson Scholars Programme, bringing our total number of beneficiaries to 165. Despite facing significant financial hardships, single-parent households, or orphanhood, these scholars had exceptional academic performance. • For the third consecutive year, Yinson Ghana partnered with the Ghana Education Service and Ghana Health Service to provide menstrual hygiene training to 500 schoolgirls in Ahanta West, in conjunction with World Menstrual Hygiene Day. • Yinson Nigeria provided a newly upgraded science laboratory to the Model Secondary School in Port Harcourt , benefitting approximately 250 students. • Yinson Brazil partners with Dream Learn Work (DLW) in Rio de Janeiro to provide annual technical training and professional development for young women from disadvantaged communities, equipping female apprentices with practical skills to access quality employment. • Yinson Brazil visited the Refugee Support Centre in Botafogo, Rio de Janeiro, donating four air-conditioning units to support classroom learning. The centre serves refugees from 15 countries. • Yinson Angola donated school kits to support 202 children from the “A Pequena Semente” shelter and the National Association of Persons with Disabilities (ANDA). • Yinson Angola partnered with Altruista Ajudamos a ajudar to host a community event at a maternal and paediatric hospital. The initiative featured psychologist-led sessions on maternal care and the prevention of obstetric violence as well as the donation of wellness kits to pregnant women, new mothers, and hospitalised children.
