This clarity forms the basis of a professional environment built on mutual respect and accountability. Our Employee Handbook, accessible via NexG’s internal portal, is the primary reference point for all employees, outlining employment terms, workplace conduct standards, grievance procedures, and employee entitlements, among others. Beyond the general handbook, individual Letters of Offer provide role-specific terms, ensuring that every employee has a clear and legally binding understanding of their unique contributions to the Group. Policies and related labour documents are primarily issued in English. Where required by local regulations, including Bahasa Malaysia, employment contracts are provided in dual language to ensure clarity and compliance. NexG is in the process of developing formal policies relating to labour and human rights. Upon formalisation, the Group will assess the need for translation of key policies into relevant languages to ensure accessibility and understanding across its workforce. Meanwhile, expectations on labour practices and employee conduct are reinforced on an ongoing basis through internal announcements, supporting policies, and communication from leadership and management across the organisation. NexG is committed to maintaining a safe and respectful work environment through clear standards of conduct. While the Group currently ensures general awareness across the workforce regarding workplace expectations, we are progressively strengthening the specialised competencies of our leadership team. In FY2026, grievances related to workplace conduct were managed through established internal protocols and management oversight, supported by external consultants and professional advisors where specialised guidance was required. This approach ensures that sensitive issues are addressed with a high degree of objectivity and professional rigour. As part of our ongoing efforts to strengthen our Human Capital framework, we are currently reviewing the implementation of targeted training programmes for managers, with a focus on the effective handling of workplace grievances such as bullying and harassment. We uphold the following labour standards across our Group: Sustainability STATEMENT (Cont’d) 72
