This included strengthening management awareness and oversight of labour-related matters, with emphasis on responsible employment practices and leadership accountability. At the same time, we are in the process developing a Human Rights and Children’s Rights Policy, and a dedicated Labour Policy, to further strengthen our governance in this area. OUR PROGRESS In FY2026, the Group adhered to all applicable labour standards, laws, and regulations, and recorded zero (0) reported cases of discrimination or human rights violations.
