OUR APPROACH TRANSPARENCY AND EMPLOYEE RIGHTS EMPLOYEE RIGHTS AND LABOUR STANDARDS The way an organisation treats its people is one of the clearest indicators of how it conducts itself as a business. Sound labour practices, safe working conditions and respect for individual rights provide the foundation for a stable and productive workforce, while reinforcing the confidence of stakeholders in how the business is run. For NexG, upholding employee rights is an obligation to the individuals within our organisation and a reflection of the standards we hold ourselves to as a responsible employer. NexG’s labour practices are guided by applicable Malaysian labour legislation and internationally recognised standards, including the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, which shape how we develop and apply our policies and procedures. We ensure that our employment practices, spanning recruitment, remuneration, working hours and termination, are conducted in compliance with these requirements, and that no individual within our Group is subject to forced labour, child labour, or any form of discrimination or harassment.
