ANAS BIN ALAM FAIZLI Audit and Risk Management Committee (Member) Dato’ Dr. Anas bin Alam Faizli has over 24 years of executive leadership experience across multiple industries, including pharmaceuticals, healthcare, oil and gas, heavy industry, asset management, and renewable energy. He has held senior leadership and board positions in both public-listed companies and large private enterprises, with a focus on operational improvement, corporate strategy, governance, and business transformation. Most recently, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of OCI TerraSus Sdn Bhd (2024-2025), a subsidiary of OCI Holdings Korea. In this role, he led organisational restructuring, brand repositioning, IPO preparation initiatives, and strengthened corporate governance frameworks. He also oversaw operational performance, safety management, ESG integration, and new business development in semiconductor and green energy segments. Prior to that, he was Chief Executive Officer, Corporate of Duopharma Biotech Berhad (2022-2024), where he contributed to the formulation of the company's 10-year ASEAN strategy, improved ESG performance metrics, strengthened operational safety standards, and implemented cost optimisation measures. Between 2020 and 2022, Dato' Dr. Anas served as Chief Executive Officer of ProtectHealth Corporation Sdn Bhd, where he led Malaysia's largest public-private healthcare mobilisation during the COVID-19 vaccination rollout, coordinating over 4,000 vaccination centres and the administration of more than 38 million doses nationwide. Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles at UEM Edgenta Berhad (2017-2020), overseeing highway maintenance operations and digitalisation initiatives, and at Eversendai Corporation Berhad (2015-2017) as Director of Business Development and Special Projects. His early professional experience included project and development roles at Talisman Malaysia Limited, Petronas Carigali, and Sime Sembcorp Engineering. Dato’ Dr. Anas holds a Doctor of Business Administration (2015) and a Master of Project Management (2010) from Open University Malaysia, as well as a Bachelor of Science (Computer) (2002) from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and holds memberships in professional and industry bodies related to project management and petroleum engineering.
