For the financial year ended 31 December 2025, the Group recorded continued progress across several workforce-related sustainability indicators. Female representation in senior management increased to 67%, average training hours rose to approximately 25 hours per employee, and employee turnover improved to approximately 22% from approximately 24% in 2024. The Group also maintained zero work-related fatalities, while one lost-time injury and one reported harassment case were recorded and addressed through internal processes.
