ANNUAL REPORT 2025 043 SUSTAINABILITY STATEMENT The Group takes all safety incidents seriously and is committed to implementing immediate corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence. Following the incidents recorded during the reporting year, detailed investigations were conducted to identify root causes and contributing factors. The Group remains steadfast in its commitment to achieving a zero work-related fatality goal for employees and contractors each year. To support this objective, we continuously review our safety and health management systems and carry out updates and enhancements when required, adopting industry best practices and aligning them with the ISO 45001 Occupational Safety and Health Management System framework. Safety and Health Training The OSH Committees regularly organises in-person training sessions to continually strengthen employees’ safety awareness, with a variety of safety-related topics including electrical safety, chemical safety, traffic safety, fire safety, work permits, OHS laws and regulations, occupational hazard protection, ergonomics, incidents sharing, personal protective equipment and special equipment safety. In FY2025, a total of 293 employees were trained on health and safety standards. In addition, all 391 new hires of the Company were trained on health and safety standards. This is part of Kimlun Group’s mandatory initiative to create a safer work environment, requires all new employees to attend a mandatory health and safety training as part of their orientation.
