43 ANNUAL REPORT 2026 ENRA GROUP BERHAD OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY Why it is important Health and safety is fundamental across the Group’s operations. ENRA recognises that failures in safety controls may result in serious injuries, loss of life, operational disruption, asset damage and environmental harm. Regardless of whether activities are carried out directly by the Group, contractors or service providers, the Group is committed to providing a safe and healthy working environment and promoting a culture where everyone working across its operations, project sites and assets returns home safely. Our Approach QHSE Management Framework ENRA maintains a Group-wide Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (“QHSE”) Policy and Health, Safety and Environmental Management System (“HSEMS”) to support the management of operational, safety and environmental risks across its business activities. Key elements of the framework are summarised below: Area Key Measures Governance • Health and safety matters are monitored through the Group’s QHSE framework, operational reporting and management oversight processes. • Supporting procedures and guidelines are maintained for areas such as HSE risk management, contractor HSE management, incident reporting, investigation and operational assurance activities. Risk Assessment and Control • Health and safety risks are identified and managed through operational risk assessment and control processes, including hazard identification, risk assessment and implementation of controls based on the nature of the activity and level of operational oversight. Training and Awareness • Health and safety awareness and competency are reinforced through operational briefings, inductions, training and communication activities for relevant employees and personnel. Incident Management • Incidents, near misses and safety concerns are reviewed where applicable to identify root causes, implement corrective actions and reduce recurrence. The Group continues to strengthen its QHSE practices and operational controls based on operational experience, regulatory requirements and evolving business needs. Operational Health and Safety Management Key operational health and safety measures across the Group’s business segments are as below: Area Key Measures Energy Logistics • The Group requires relevant charterers, technical managers and service providers, where applicable, to maintain maritime health and safety standards, class requirements and incident reporting arrangements under the relevant contractual or operating arrangements. • Vessel-related safety oversight is supported through class surveys, maintenance records, operational reporting and coordination with relevant counterparties. Property Development • Contractors are required to comply with applicable occupational safety and health requirements, site rules and regulatory obligations, including PPE usage, toolbox briefings, site access controls and safe work practices. • Site safety controls may include supervision of high-risk activities, signage, hoarding, access restrictions, housekeeping, machinery safety, lifting controls and emergency arrangements where relevant. MRO Services • Key controls include supervision, PPE usage, equipment handling controls, permitto-work arrangements where required, incident reporting and compliance with customer or third-party site requirements. • For work performed at shipyards, customer premises or third-party sites, employees and relevant personnel are required to comply with applicable site HSE rules, access controls and coordination requirements Sustainability Statement (Cont’d)
