35 ANNUAL REPORT 2026 ENRA GROUP BERHAD OPERATIONAL RELIABILITY AND SERVICE DELIVERY Why is it important ENRA recognises that operational reliability, asset integrity and effective service delivery are important to maintaining customer confidence and supporting long-term business sustainability. Reliable operations and successful project execution help ensure the consistent delivery of services, minimise operational disruptions and support compliance with applicable regulatory and industry requirements. Maintaining high standards of operational performance also enhances efficiency, strengthens stakeholder trust and supports the Group’s reputation across its business segments. Our Approach The Group’s key approaches are summarised below: Business Segment Key Measures Marine Operations and Asset Reliability • The vessel maintains classification with the American Bureau of Shipping (“ABS”) and undergoes regular inspections, maintenance activities and class surveys. • Vessel operations are supported by applicable maritime operational, safety and QHSE management practices. • Appropriate Insurance coverage is maintained to mitigate marine operational risks and vessel-related liabilities. • Management monitors vessel deployment, operational performance and contractual execution requirements. Property Development and Project Execution • Construction activities are monitored for compliance with approved plans, specifications and applicable building requirements. • Site inspections, contractor coordination, material checks and quality control processes are implemented across project activities. • IBS components and certified building materials, including Acotec IBS Panels certified under SIRIM MS ISO 9001, are utilised where applicable. • QLASSIC assessments may be undertaken for selected projects where relevant. MRO and Technical Service Activities • Standard operating procedures, operational controls and quality assurance processes are implemented across engineering, maintenance and workshop activities. • Incoming materials and spare parts are sourced from vetted suppliers and inspected prior to use where applicable. • Technical supervision, inspections, testing and workforce competency development are implemented to support service reliability and execution quality. • EESSB is progressing towards ISO 9001 (quality management), ISO 14001 (environmental management) and ISO 45001 (occupational health and safety management) certifications to strengthen operational controls, consistency and compliance practices across its activities.
