SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT Why is it important ENRA relies on suppliers, contractors and service providers to support its operational and project activities. As a result, supply chain performance may influence the Group’s operational continuity, project delivery, regulatory compliance and reputation. Third-party risks, including non-performance, safety incidents, labour issues, environmental non-compliance and integrity breaches, may adversely affect business operations and stakeholder confidence.
