23 ANNUAL REPORT 2026 ENRA GROUP BERHAD SUSTAINABILITY STATEMENT ABOUT THIS SUSTAINABILITY STATEMENT This Sustainability Statement presents the sustainabilityrelated disclosures of ENRA Group for the FYE 2026. The Statement covers the Group’s key sustainability matters, related risks and opportunities, as well as performance across its operations. REPORTING FRAMEWORK This Sustainability Statement has been prepared in accordance with the sustainability reporting requirements set out in the MMLR of Bursa Securities. This Sustainability Statement should be read in conjunction with other sections of the Annual Report, including the Management Discussion and Analysis, the Statement on Risk Management and Internal Control, the Corporate Governance Overview Statement, and the Group’s consolidated financial statements. Together, these sections provide a comprehensive view of the Group’s sustainability-related disclosures, including financially material matters embedded within its strategy, governance, and risk management, consistent with the principles of the IFRS Sustainability Disclosure Standards. REPORTING SCOPE AND TIME HORIZONS This statement covers the reporting period from 1 April 2025 to 31 March 2026, aligned with the Group’s annual financial reporting cycle. The scope of sustainabilityrelated disclosures is consistent with the reporting entity of the Group’s consolidated financial statements. Where relevant, comparative information from prior financial years is included to provide context for performance trends. The Group defines its time horizons based on when sustainability-related risks and opportunities are expected to impact its operations, financial performance, or strategic positioning. These time horizons serve as a general reference for assessing how such risks and opportunities may evolve and are considered, where relevant, in the Group’s disclosures. Aligned with the Group’s planning and decision-making cycles, the time horizons are defined as follows: • Short-term: Within 2 years, aligned with active construction projects and annual business planning cycles. • Medium-term: Between 2 and 5 years, reflecting the typical duration of construction project pipelines and contract execution periods. • Long-term: Beyond 5 years, reflecting broader industry trends, regulatory developments, and structural changes affecting the Group’s business.
