OVERVIEW OF ENRA ENRA is a public company listed on the Main Market of Bursa Securities (Stock Code: 8613). The Group operates through three core business divisions, namely Energy Logistics, Property Development and Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (“MRO”) Services. Established in 1992 and rebranded in 2015, ENRA has evolved into a diversified group through its subsidiaries, joint ventures and strategic business initiatives. Headquartered in Kuala Lumpur, the Group is committed to delivering sustainable growth and long-term value through its core business activities while maintaining responsible business practices and operational excellence. OVERVIEW OF KEY BUSINESS DIVISIONS • ENERGY LOGISTICS DIVISION The Energy Logistics Division provides a range of offshore and marine-related services, including the design, fabrication, construction, installation, leasing, removal, reinstatement and refurbishment of single point mooring and floating storage systems. Operating under the Hexagon brand, the Division owns key marine assets, including the chemical tanker vessel, Hexagon Alpha, and a catenary anchor leg mooring (“CALM”) buoy. • PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT DIVISION The Property Development Division undertakes property development activities through joint venture arrangements in Malaysia and the United Kingdom. Operating under the Q Homes brand in Malaysia, the Division focuses on residential developments, including affordable housing projects. The Division is currently finalising its development in Taman Vista Impian, Dengkil, and has commenced a joint venture development of medium-cost terrace houses in Johor. In the United Kingdom, the Division continues to evaluate the timing and development approach for its Rugby project based on prevailing market conditions. • MAINTENANCE, REPAIR AND OVERHAUL SERVICES DIVISION The MRO Services Division provides maintenance, repair and overhaul services for diesel power generation and propulsion equipment across multiple brands and models. The Division serves customers across the oil and gas, marine, agriculture, industrial and other related sectors. ENRA’S JOURNEY Since its rebranding from Perduren Berhad to ENRA Group Berhad in FY2015, the Group has undergone a strategic transformation, progressively repositioning its business portfolio towards energy-related, property development and technical service activities. This transformation included the divestment of legacy property assets, expansion into overseas property development projects, establishment of a chemicals trading business, and entry into the energy logistics sector through the acquisition of its first vessel, Ratu ENRA (now known as Hexagon Alpha). Over the years, ENRA continued to rationalise non-core assets while strengthening its presence in affordable housing development and expanding its energy-related businesses. The successful divestment of ENRA Kimia in FY2022 marked the completion of another strategic milestone in the Group’s portfolio optimisation efforts. Despite the challenges arising from the COVID-19 pandemic, the Group maintained business resilience through disciplined cost management and continued progress across its business divisions. Subsequent developments included the establishment of the MRO Services Division, the conversion of Hexagon Alpha into a chemical tanker in FY2024, advancement of the Taman Vista Impian development project, and the commencement of a joint venture residential development project in Johor during FY2026. Today, ENRA operates a diversified business platform spanning Energy Logistics, Property Development and MRO Services, with a continued focus on operational excellence, business resilience and sustainable long-term growth.
