Handling the COVID-19 Menace: Protecting the Staff The handling of matters relating to the COVID-19 pandemic was done via our Business Continuity Plan 2.0 (“BCP 2.0”) which was issued during the last financial year and regularly updated in accordance with the various Government and industry rulings, procedures and protocols.
