Professional Certification Programmes To empower employees at all levels with specialised knowledge and leadership skills. We offered several training and professional certification programmes, including the Certified Islamic Insurance Foundation (CIIF) related certifications, Islamic Banking and Finance Institute Malaysia (IBFIM) related certifications, Upward Mobility Certification Programme (UMCP) for Clericals, Bank Islam Leadership Acumen Development (BILAD) Programme, and INSEAD leadership development programmes. Furthermore, several other employees are actively pursuing advanced qualifications like MBAs, underscoring their commitment to continuous personal and professional development. Objective: What We Did: Progress and Achievements: CIIF-related Certifications • One (1) management member enrolled as of October 2023. • 11 C-level executives certified. IBFIM-related Certifications • 104 staff members hold Associate, Intermediate, or Certified Qualifications in Islamic Finance. Upward Mobility Certification Programme (UMCP) • 78 clerical staff participated in 2023 (38 completed, 40 to finish by February 2024). Cambridge Senior Management Programme • One (1) C-suite member currently undergoing the programme. Certified Professional Shariah Auditor • One (1) staff member currently undergoing the programme.
