Ramadan Webinar Series To foster integrity and moral uprightness among participants by exploring the teachings of Surah Al-Kahf. Through the Ramadan Webinar Series, we delved into the teachings of Surah Al-Kahf from the Qur’an. Focused on themes of faith, humility, and wisdom, the series centred on the principle of integrity. By extracting lessons from the surah’s narratives, we aimed to promote honesty and moral values, aligning with Ramadan’s focus on reflection and spiritual development. Objective: What We Did: Morning Doa Recitation To cultivate mindfulness and spiritual awareness within our organisation. We implemented a daily morning doa recitation, featuring the recitation of prayers or supplications through the bank's Public Address (PA) system. This practice is intended to commence each working day with mindfulness and purpose, in line with our organisation's core values of "Think Customer, Act with Integrity, Advance Beyond, and Take Charge" (TAAT). It serves as a daily reminder of our spiritual aspirations, reinforcing our commitment to these values and enhancing the overall well-being of our employees. Objective: What We Did: Islamic Educational and Spiritual Development Series To promote spiritual growth through Islamic education, facilitating community learning and reflection. We introduced the Islamic Educational and Spiritual Development Series, featuring over 20 talks, including the prestigious Kuliah Perdana series. This initiative aimed to nurture spiritual growth and provide educational content on Islamic teachings and practices. By doing so, we created a platform for learning, reflection, and spiritual development, catering to the diverse needs of our community.
