In respect of the financial year ended 31 March 2016, the Directors had on 27 May 2016 declared a
third interim single tier tax-exempt dividend of 1 sen per share, amounting to RM13.50 million based
on the issued and paid-up share capital as at 31 March 2016 of 1,350,000,000 ordinary shares of
RM0.10 each. The Entitlement Date is 13 June 2016 and payable on 24 June 2016. This dividend has
not been reflected in the financial statements for the current financial year but it will be accounted
for in shareholders’ equity as an appropriation of retained profits for the financial year ending 31
March 2017.
The Directors do not recommend the payment of any final dividend for the financial year ended 31
March 2016.
