The holders of ordinary shares are entitled to receive dividends as and when declared by the
Company, and are entitled to one vote per ordinary share at meetings of the Company.
In the previous financial period, the Company had on 10 June 2014 increased its issued and paid-
up share capital from RM67,500,000 to RM135,000,000 by way of a bonus issue of 675,000,000 new
ordinary shares of RM0.10 each credited as fully paid-up on the basis of 1 bonus share for every 1
existing ordinary share held and the bonus shares were listed on the Main Market of Bursa Securities on
11 June 2014. The new ordinary shares issued rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary
shares of the Company.
