Below is a summary of the key activities undertaken by the RC in the discharge of its duties: (a) Reviewed the remuneration package of the Executive Directors and Senior Management within the Group; (b) Reviewed and recommended the Directors’ fees and benefits payable to the Independent Non-Executive Directors of the Company; (c) Reviewed the Directors’ and Senior Management Remuneration Policy; and (d) Reviewed the Terms of Reference of the RC. Risk Management Committee The RMC is responsible for monitoring the Group’s risk management processes, including overseeing the assessment of key strategic and operational risks. The RMC comprises three (3) members, all of whom are Independent Non-Executive Directors.
