With this in mind, we have worked towards creating an environment where all employees are respected and accepted. Our principles on diversity and inclusion are further embedded within our Code of Conduct, which expressly prohibits employees from engaging in any unwarranted verbal, visual, psychological, physical or other conduct that is intimidating, offensive, abusive or hostile to other employees. We do not tolerate discriminatory behaviour either when we hire new employees or in our daily interaction with each other. Besides, in order to further expand on our commitment to support overall inclusiveness within our operations, the Group is currently in the midst of developing a Diversity, Equality and Inclusion Policy.
