Entitlement description : Selective capital reduction and repayment exercise of UEM Edgenta Berhad ("UEM Edgenta") pursuant to Section 116 of the Companies Act, 2016 ("SCR"). Pursuant to the SCR, all the shareholders of UEM Edgenta (other than UEM Group Berhad) whose names appear on the Record of Depositors ("ROD") and/or register of members of UEM Edgenta as at the Entitlement Date (as set out below), will receive a cash consideration of RM1.10 for each UEM Edgenta Share (as defined below) held on the Entitlement Date.
