Ms. Chia Jeslyn (“Ms. Chia”) joined Ralco Group on 17 March 2025 as Chief Financial Officer.

Ms. Chia is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants and Institute of Chartered Accountant in England and Wales. She is primarily responsible for statutory reporting and internal management reporting functions for our Group as well as financial planning, treasury, tax and other finance operations. She has numerous years of experience in Big Four auditing firms as well as private limited companies.

She does not hold any directorship in other public companies and listed issuers. Furthermore, she has no family relationship with any Director and/or major shareholder of Ralco Corporation Berhad, nor does not have any conflict of interest or potential conflict of interest with the Company and/or its subsidiaries. She has not been convicted for any offences within the past 5 years other than traffic offences. There were no public sanctions or penalties imposed on her by any regulatory bodies during the financial year 2024.
