Mr. Ng Yoon Thai was appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of the Company on 16 April 2026.

Mr. Ng Yoon Thai holds a Master Degree in Construction Project Management (MSc CPM) from Heriot Watt University, Edinburgh, United Kingdom, as well as a Bachelor of Civil Engineering (Hons) from University of Malaya.

Mr. Ng Yoon Thai has more than 26 years of working experience in property development and project management in major public listed property companies in Malaysia. He has extensive experience in strategic planning and execution of residential, mixed-use development as well as township development. Prior joining Plenitude Berhad, he held various senior management positions in both private and public listed companies.
