Mr. Tan Soon Meng has over 18 years of experience in corporate finance, financial management, corporate governance, and strategic transactions, primarily within public listed companies and property development groups. He is also a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA).

Mr. Tan Soon Meng has extensive experience in leading finance functions, advising boards, managing corporate exercises, and structuring acquisitions, disposals and joint ventures. He has a proven track record in financial strategy, regulatory compliance, and capital management across property development, manufacturing, and financial services sectors.
