SUSTAINABILITY STATEMENT SUSTAINABILITY STATEMENT Zetrix AI’s recent reassessment of its list of material sustainability topics in FY2023 remains relevant and aligned with the Group’s prioritisation of its material topics and the current socioeconomic landscape. Materiality matters typically refer to issues or topics that can both directly and indirectly impact Zetrix AI’s values, especially when considered from a holistic economic, environmental, social and governance (“EESG”) perspective. ZETRIX AI’S MATERIALITY ASSESSMENT PROCESS Medical Device Authority (“MDA”) Royal Malaysian Customs Department Construction Industry Development Board (“CIDB”) Fire and Rescue Department of Malaysia Department of Environment Malaysia (“DOE”) Standard and Industrial Research Institute of Malaysia (“SIRIM”) Material Safety Data Sheets (“MSDS”) Jabatan Kemajuan Islam Malaysia (“JAKIM”) Ministry of Finance (“MOF”) Ministry of Health (“MOH”) The prioritisation of material sustainability matters at Zetrix AI was determined through a materiality assessment exercise (MAE) survey, in which key business functions and management personnel across the Group actively participated. This prioritisation process considered both the signi cance of the sustainability matters to Zetrix AI and their importance to stakeholders. The results of the MAE were used to generate a materiality matrix. The matrix and ndings of the MAE were then reviewed and re ned accordingly before being approved. Zetrix AI compiled a roster of relevant sustainability matters by drawing guidance from Bursa Malaysia’s Sustainability Reporting Guide, key sustainability reporting frameworks, peer comparative analysis, sector-speci c considerations and broader sustainability trends. As part of the stakeholder analysis and prioritisation process, Zetrix AI also identi ed its key stakeholder groups to ensure the interests and concerns of these groups are duly considered when shortlisting sustainability matters. Identification Prioritisation Validation MATERIALITY MATRIX Zetrix AI’s materiality matrix, developed based on the Group’s materiality assessment exercise (“MAE”), has allowed the Group to ensure a more accurate reflection of its latest prioritisation of the identified material topics.
