This prioritisation process considered both the signi cance of the sustainability matters to Zetrix AI and their importance to stakeholders. The results of the MAE were used to generate a materiality matrix. The matrix and ndings of the MAE were then reviewed and re ned accordingly before being approved. Zetrix AI compiled a roster of relevant sustainability matters by drawing guidance from Bursa Malaysia’s Sustainability Reporting Guide, key sustainability reporting frameworks, peer comparative analysis, sector-speci c considerations and broader sustainability trends. As part of the stakeholder analysis and prioritisation process, Zetrix AI also identi ed its key stakeholder groups to ensure the interests and concerns of these groups are duly considered when shortlisting sustainability matters. Identification Prioritisation Validation PHYSICAL INSPECTION AUDITS Zetrix AI conducts physical inspection audits, where relevant, on both new and existing suppliers as part of its supplier governance and assurance practices. These audits support the Group’s assessment of supplier reliability and capability to meet contractual requirements, including compliance with applicable standards and expectations. Findings from inspections are used to inform follow-up actions, where necessary, and to strengthen ongoing supplier performance and risk management. LOCAL PROCUREMENT AND SUPPLY CHAINS As a digital company that primarily delivers services through an electronic channel and operates technology platforms, Zetrix AI has limited exposure to a conventional supply chain. The Group does not manufacture products or procure raw tangible inputs for conversion into tangible outputs, as its core role is to provide the delivery and digitalisation channel for services offered by third parties. Our supply chain exposure is indirect and limited only to being a technology provider that enables existing supply chains to function more efficiently. In this regard, we are committed to continuously deploying relevant cutting-edge innovations that can help to further reduce bottlenecks and enhance productivity, efficiency, time and cost savings to all the supply chains where our technology is deployed, be it within government or commercial processes domestically in the countries where Zetrix AI operates, as well as for cross-border trade. Zetrix AI is contributing towards more efficient, secure and trustworthy supply chain management at a national and regional level. One example is the Group’s ZTrade service, which facilitates the digitalisation of cross-border trade processing. By enabling digital trade documentation and verification, ZTrade supports proof of origin and authenticity of goods, strengthens traceability and transparency, and helps minimise risks of fraud as well as tax or tariff evasion. Moreover, Zetrix AI still actively advocates for local procurement whenever feasible. Local procurement is defined as the acquisition of goods and services from Malaysia-based suppliers or vendors. Sourcing goods and services locally not only contributes to the growth of the domestic supplier base and, consequently, the national economy, but it also reduces the environmental footprint of our business operations by minimising foreign import activities. Additionally, local procurement enhances response times for Zetrix AI. SUSTAINABILITY GOVERNANCE (cont’d) 85
