SUSTAINABILITY STATEMENT ASSESSMENT OF POTENTIAL CORRUPTION-RELATED RISKS The corruption risk assessment is done specifically with the department involved in dealing with third party / intermediaries. Any intermediaries that have business dealings with Zetrix AI shall declare their compliance to the ABAC standards, which is practised regularly to ensure they comply with Zetrix AI’s regulation on anti-corruption. Based on the assessment, certain functions are considered more susceptible due to their higher exposure to external parties, particularly the Procurement Department. This also includes departments that engage directly with customers, agents, suppliers, business partners and authorities. These identified departments are: • Admin Department • Technical Department, i.e. Infrastructure and Network • Fulfilment Department, i.e. Delivery Officers • Operations Department, i.e. Customer Service for Immigration Services Zetrix AI recognises that its Procurement and Logistics personnel are subject to higher corruption-related risks, and therefore requires these personnel to undergo internal assessments and sign an acknowledgement confirming their understanding of, and commitment to comply with, the Group’s ABAC Policy. These assessments also allow the Group to thoroughly evaluate, and subsequently rectify, any procedural gaps regarding anti-corruption framework implementation within the organisation. Zetrix AI has not, and will not, condone any form of corruption. Its anti-corruption data is verified by the internal audit department. In FY2025, there were zero confirmed incidents of corruption at Zetrix AI. The Group has not made any political donations. However, Zetrix AI may from time to time participate in CSR-related charitable or nationbuilding initiatives organised by the government or other public sector entities. GIFT GIVING AND RECEIVING, ENTERTAINMENT, HOSPITALITY Any gifts, entertainment or hospitality provided to, or received by, the Group and its employees must be appropriately authorised, processed and recorded in accordance with the Group’s internal policies and procedures. Employees must avoid giving or receiving gifts which may be construed as bribes or could elicit biased judgement in business relations. No gift shall be given to any officer of a public entity or external corporation on the Group’s behalf. The Group and its employees do not give or receive gifts apart from gifts due to customary business or cultural occasion and corporate gifts which are subjected to applicable internal policies and procedures. The Group and its employees are strictly prohibited from giving or receiving gifts in the form of cash or loans. The Group and its employees can only provide entertainment and hospitality in the form of food and beverage which shall be appropriate and moderate.
