Zetrix AI Berhad Annual Report 2025

SUSTAINABILITY STATEMENT In alignment with MACCA, the Group has established an ABAC Framework that sets out the Group’s stance against bribery and corruption, as well as adequate procedures for managing bribery and corruption risks in the Group’s businesses, regardless of the country of operation. Following the establishment of the ABAC Framework, the Group has adopted the ABAC Policy and Anti-Bribery Procedures for Managing Stakeholders. Zetrix AI’s Board-approved ABAC Policy continues to be stringently enforced at all operating levels within Zetrix AI, involving both internal and external stakeholders, such as suppliers and vendors. This displays the great lengths Zetrix AI has gone to ensure this policy’s implementation. The Board receives all relevant information on Zetrix AI’s ABAC agenda through the AC and RMC. The Board oversaw, reviewed and approved the Group’s ABAC Framework, policies (i.e. Whistle Blowing Policy, ABAC Policy), and codes (i.e. Codes of Conduct, Code of Ethics and Code of Business Ethics). The full enhanced framework, policies and codes are available on Zetrix AI’s website under the Investor Relations section at https://www.zetrix.com/investor-relations/governance/. ANTI-BRIBERY AND ANTI-CORRUPTION TRAINING AND COMMUNICATION Anti-bribery and anti-corruption training remains a key element of Zetrix AI’s governance and ethics framework, supporting consistent understanding, implementation and enforcement of the Group’s ABAC policies and practices. As part of its commitment to integrity and responsible business conduct, the Board provides leadership and sets the tone from the top; accordingly, Board members undergo ABAC training appropriate to their oversight responsibilities and experience. Beyond the Board, Zetrix AI extends ABAC awareness and capability-building across relevant employee groups to strengthen compliance culture throughout the organisation. Employees, HODs and other decisionmakers have participated in various anti-corruption refresher courses and related training programmes up to FY2025, to support the ongoing discharge of their fiduciary and statutory duties and reinforce ethical conduct in day-to-day operations.
