Our approach is guided by applicable safety regulations and internal policies to prevent workplace incidents and promote a strong safety culture. We have strengthened its Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) practices through active Safety Committee involvement, regular risk assessments, and ongoing monitoring of workplace conditions. All employees are covered under the Company’s policies and systems, with no exclusions. The Company’s policies, particularly those related to labour standards, ESG matters, and ethical practices, are applied consistently across the organisation. These policies also extend to contractors and other external stakeholders, ensuring adherence to legal and ethical standards across operations and the supply chain. The Company emphasises alignment with its commitment to fair labour practices, human rights, and sustainability. The Company’s policies, particularly those relating to labour standards, ESG considerations, and ethical conduct, extend beyond employees to include contractors and other external stakeholders. These policies are applied consistently across the organisation, with no exclusions for employees. The Company upholds compliance with applicable legal and ethical requirements throughout its operations and supply chain, and expects all contractors and external partners to align with its commitment to responsible labour practices, human rights, and sustainability principles. Training initiatives were enhanced, including Emergency Response Team (“ERT”) programmes, OSHA-related training, and general safety awareness sessions to ensure employees are well-prepared to respond to potential hazards. We have also promoted employee participation in safety initiatives and continuous improvement efforts to reinforce a proactive safety culture. Through these measures, we aim to minimise risks, ensure regulatory compliance, and safeguard the wellbeing of our workforce. Beyond the aspects of value creation, Zetrix AI places a high priority on being a responsible corporate citizen and aims to prevent incidents that could result in injuries or fatalities. The Group is dedicated to taking all necessary measures to prevent tragedies that could impact families and the society. Zetrix AI’s management regularly engages with worker representatives through Safety and Health Committee meetings and discussions. These engagements are conducted on a periodic basis to address health and safety matters and ensure continuous improvement. Zetrix AI ‘s OSH standards are ISO-based and strictly adhere to the Occupational Safety & Health Act (“OSHA”) 1994, with oversight at the Board level falling under the Group’s Managing Director. Health and safety data are collected in accordance with OSHA standards, facilitating industry benchmarking for continuous improvement. Employees are provided regular training and briefings on safety to employees, with safety posters placed around the premises. Periodic reminders on safety and health via social media are posted to help employers protect workers against injuries and illnesses. Zetrix AI will also continue to adhere to certain protocols and best practices regarding workplace safety, health and wellbeing when it comes to viral outbreaks and diseases if and when it is necessary. Any serious viral infection case reported from Zetrix AI’s employees will be immediately handled to mitigate the situation and ensure no further viral spread affects any other employee or our customers. HEALTH AND SAFETY COMMITTEE Regarding general health and safety, all employees are represented by a formal joint management-worker Health and Safety Employee Committee (“HSEC”). This Committee focuses on concerns such as mental health, accidents, harassment and bullying. The Company has established a formal Safety and Health Committee comprising representatives from both management and employees. The aim of this committee is to assess any safety risks in Zetrix AI’s operations, both present and future, whilst also giving counsel to the Board regarding overall management. 137
