SUSTAINABILITY STATEMENT MATERIALITY MATTERS (cont’d) SUSTAINABILITY STATEMENT IP DEVELOPMENT IP PROTECTION Zetrix AI Group entered into a collaboration to secure regulatory approval to deploy its blockchain-based China customs clearance and processing services for the Philippines Bureau of Customs. ZCert, a first-of-its-kind application facility that enables official national identities of Chinese nationals to be authenticated and verified digitally overseas, was launched and is paving the way for a seamless, efficient and secure verification process for verifiers and identity holders. ZCert simplifies and facilitates electronic Know Your Customer processes for entities outside of China wishing to verify the authenticity of information contained in the digital IDs presented to them by Chinese nationals. Zetrix AI, MIMOS Berhad, World Foundation and Tools for Humanity (“TFH”) entered into a collaboration which combines the unique capabilities of each organisation to explore the integration of World Network’s advanced credential verification technology into the MBI. Zetrix AI entered into an MOU with FMFF with the intent to advance and implement ZTrade, a blockchain-based trade digitalisation system, as the NSW initiative for Malaysia. ZTrade also expanded its scope of coverage to encompass the digital verification of COO issued by the GACC. Zetrix AI entered into a MOU with SGTraDex to explore the integration of respective platforms to facilitate Malaysia–Singapore digital trade data exchange, including improved interoperability and more seamless crossborder trade data flows. Zetrix AI has collaborated with JAKIM to support the development of a Shariah-compliant AI framework and governance approach, including guidance and oversight considerations in relation to the development and deployment of NurAI. Zetrix AI and China’s state-owned Beitou IT Innovation established the ASEAN China AI Lab to accelerate regional innovation and deployments at the convergence of AI, blockchain and robotics. Zetrix AI supported Malaysia’s push for a unified blockchain framework through the operationalisation and adoption of the MBI, which became fully operational in 2025. MBI is designed to address ecosystem fragmentation by enabling interoperability across public and private chains, while anchoring key applications such as digital identity, supply chain verification and asset tokenisation. Ringgit-pegged stablecoin JMYR was deployed on the Zetrix blockchain platform under a regulated digital asset sandbox, an initiative that aligns with global tokenisation trends and directly supports Malaysia’s Digital Asset National Policy. 101
