The Roadmap aligns with business priorities by driving profitability, cost optimisation, process improvements, enhanced user experience, risk management, and ESG adoption. A strong digitalisation mindset is embedded across the organisation, with employees encouraged to leverage digital tools to improve processes and deliver outcomes more efficiently. Digital initiatives are centrally governed by the global IT function, led by the Group CIO, ensuring alignment with Yinson’s strategic priorities and consistency across initiatives. This governance approach is supported by: • Annual strategic alignment sessions with business stakeholders • Quarterly Demand Management Forums to prioritise initiatives • Regular engagements between the Group CIO and business CEOs • Quarterly Digital Steering Committee (DiSC) meetings to provide oversight and adjust priorities in response to evolving business needs. KEY UPDATES FOR FY2026 Cybersecurity Programme To safeguard the digital infrastructure supporting the Group Strategic IT Roadmap, Yinson maintains Group-wide cybersecurity governance through its Information Security Policy and Procedure, supported by a Group Cybersecurity Roadmap covering both information technology (IT) and operational technology (OT) environments. Together, these provide a structured approach to managing cybersecurity risks and guide the identification, response, and management of cybersecurity incidents, supported by timely communications on incidents, vulnerabilities, and required actions. Yinson maintains a comprehensive Cybersecurity Programme aimed at safeguarding the Group’s assets and ensuring operational resilience across all businesses. During FY2026, initiatives focused on strengthening core cybersecurity controls, including mandatory cybersecurity awareness training for all employees, regular internal cybersecurity assessments and audits, and continuous real-time monitoring through managed security services. Additionally, Yinson conducts regular drills and tabletop exercises to test and refine its preparedness against cyberattacks. Notably, exercises during the financial year included comprehensive drills for all FPSOs and a major tabletop exercise at the Singapore office, further enhancing incident response capabilities and operational resilience. Collectively, these initiatives reinforce Yinson’s cyber resilience, foster a strong culture of security awareness, and ensure the ongoing protection of critical infrastructure as the Group continues to strengthen its digital enablement and operational resilience. Enhancing communication infrastructure for FPSO Reliable and high-speed communication infrastructure is critical to Yinson’s FPSO operations, underpinning the seamless flow of data required to support operational efficiency and safety. In recent years, Yinson has strengthened FPSO connectivity through the deployment of high-speed satellite systems and fibre links, improving real-time communication to support remote operations, troubleshooting, and collaboration. In FY2026, Yinson Production’s IT team achieved further progress by deploying LEO satellite systems across the FPSO fleet. Compared with traditional geostationary satellite systems, LEO technology operates at significantly lower altitudes, enabling reduced latency, higher data speeds, and improved reliability. This upgrade delivered greater bandwidth and more secure, uninterrupted connectivity, supporting a more agile and responsive operational environment. 25 26
