FY2026 learning clusters • Yinson’s first internal podcast series, YCast, was launched as a platform for Yinsonites globally to connect on topics such as leadership, well-being and culture. • Yinson Lean-In Circles continued to support women across the organisation through networking, mentorship and leadership development. • DEI learning and awareness initiatives included a webinar on understanding personal bias and learning modules on unconscious bias, leading DEI change, and cultural competence. • Yinson sent its fourth cohort to the annual One Young World Summit in Munich, with young leaders from Brazil, Ghana and Malaysia engaging in leadership development, cross cultural exchange and global dialogue. • Successful second year rollout of our Women Mentorship and Development Programme, supporting the development of female leaders in Yinson. Recent achievements • Launch of digital ‘wellness wall’ on the YinsonCares platform encouraged employees to share reflections and foster peer support throughout Mental Health Month. • In Malaysia, the Employee Assistance Programme was enhanced through the introduction of Naluri, a digital platform offering integrated mental, physical and financial well-being support, complemented by 11 well-being events and webinars. • A World Menopause Day webinar raised awareness on perimenopause and its impact on overall wellbeing. • In Brazil, a Blue November workshop was conducted to raise awareness on mens health, and a Pink October Coffee n’ Learn session to raise awareness on early detection and prevention of breast and cervical cancer. Recent highlights Health and well-being Yinson remains committed to fostering a workplace culture that prioritises employees’ physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Throughout the year, we strengthened employee well-being globally through awareness programmes, digital tools, targeted health initiatives, and community-building activities. Across our offices, a range of programmes supported healthier lifestyles and employee engagement, including the provision of balanced meals, monthly webinars on health and wellness topics, and physical and recreational activities organised through Yinson Social and Sports Clubs. Creative and social activities, alongside festive celebrations and company-wide events, further strengthened employee connection and workplace culture.
