Our ABAC Policy complies with Section 17A of the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (“MACC”) Act 2009, including the MACC (Amendment) Act 2018 (“Amendment 2018”). The policy applies to all directors, employees, business partners, and relevant stakeholders. Building on the gap analysis conducted in FY2025, which assessed our practices against the TRUST principles and MS ISO 37001:2016 Anti-Bribery Management System standard, we continued to strengthen our anti-corruption framework in FY2026, with corruption risk assessments embedded into the Group's overall risk management process. Anticorruption training and awareness programmes were also conducted for employees during the year. In FY2026, 100.0% of our operations were assessed for corruption-related risks. No confirmed incidents of corruption, staff disciplinary actions under the ABAC Policy, regulatory fines or political contributions were recorded during the year. There were also zero (0) whistleblowing reports received during the year. Whistleblowing Channels The Group’s Whistleblowing Policy provides employees, business associates, and third-party intermediaries with a safe and confidential platform to report concerns relating to bribery, corruption, or any other suspected unethical conduct. Whistleblowers are assured that their identity will be protected and that no form of retaliation will be tolerated.
