COL. (R) ROSELI BIN ABDUL GANI Nomination and Remuneration Committee (Member) Lt. Col. (R) Roseli bin Abdul Gani has over 30 years of professional experience across military service, corporate management, and legal practice. His career reflects a strong foundation in discipline, strategic planning, operational leadership, and governance. He served in the Malaysian Armed Forces (1973-1995), holding various command, instructional, and staff appointments. During his tenure, he underwent advanced military training locally and internationally, including the Infantry Officer Advanced Course and Instructor Training in the United States, as well as the Malaysian Armed Forces Staff College in Kuala Lumpur. He also served in roles linked to defence and intelligence, contributing to operational planning and national security functions. After retiring from military service, he transitioned into the corporate sector from 1996 to 2001, serving as an Operations Manager at Federal Express Corporation and later as a Human Resources Manager at Ingress Engineering and Hong Leong Yamaha. In these roles, he was involved in operational coordination, workforce management, and organisational administration, gaining exposure to multinational corporate practices and industrial operations. Since 2004, he has been practising as an Advocate and Solicitor at Messrs. AG Roseli & Associates, Seremban, where he provides legal advisory services and handles litigation matters. His legal practice is supported by his earlier background in strategic studies, management, and human resource leadership. He holds a Diploma in Security and Strategic Studies from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (1987), a Postgraduate Diploma in International Relations and Strategic Studies from Lancaster University, United Kingdom (1992), and a Master of Arts in Defence and Security Analysis from Lancaster University, United Kingdom (1993). He subsequently obtained a Bachelor of Jurisprudence (External) from the University of Malaya (2002) and completed the Certificate of Legal Practice (2003). He does not hold any directorship in other public companies and listed companies.
