039 M K H B E R H A D We are mindful of the need to constantly upskill our workforce and provide equal opportunities of personal and career enhancement within the Group. A total of 136 trainings and workshops amounting to 4,061 training hours were organised within the reporting year to educate MKH employees on proper precaution against hazards associated with their respective responsibilities. For the year ended 30 September 2019, a total of 2,442 training hours were conducted outside of the Company while 1,619 training hours were carried out in the headquarters. The Group greatly appreciates the employees who have consistently shown a high level of commitment and achievement throughout the year. To provide fair remuneration to our employees, we determine their annual performance through the evaluation of key performance indicators (“KPI”) and practise the internal promotions for eligible employees to assume greater responsibility. In addition, bonuses and salary increment are awarded to each individual’s effort through the years. We ensure that our residential developments are ideal for multigenerational living with recreational and landscape creation as well as provision of various outdoor exercise facilities at Hillpark @ Shah Alam North. Qi-Gong class is one of the ongoing efforts with the aim to encourage a healthy lifestyle for the employees. SUSTAINABILITY REPORT
