Remuneration Committee The Remuneration Committee was established on 27 November 2012 and comprises of two (2) members, all of whom are Independent Non-Executive Directors. The Directors shall abstain from deliberating and voting’s on their own remuneration. During the financial year under review, the Committee held one (1) meeting to deliberate on the following: (a) review of the salaries, bonuses and incentives of senior management of the Group; and (b) approve the remuneration package and bonuses for the Executive Directors.
