Our Approach Regular Risk Assessment We continue to apply a risk-based approach by conducting periodic corruption risk assessments to identify, evaluate, and prioritise potential risk areas. These assessments are integrated into the Group’s annual enterprise risk management process. All business divisions across the Group undergo corruption risk assessments, and appropriate mitigation controls are implemented based on the level of exposure identified. Communication and Training The ABAC Policy is communicated regularly to the Board of Directors, employees, and selected business associates operating in higher-risk areas. Furthermore, targeted anti-bribery and anti-corruption training is provided to individuals in roles with elevated exposure to corruption risks, ensuring they remain equipped to uphold the Group’s ethical standards and responsible business conduct. Kimlun remains committed to ethical business practices by mandating anti-bribery and corruption training for all new employees, as well as conducting refresher training whenever there are updates to Section 17A of the Malaysian AntiCorruption Commission (“MACC”) Act 2009.
