ENRA Group Berhad Annual Report 2026

55 ANNUAL REPORT 2026 ENRA GROUP BERHAD Water Discharge by Destination The Group does not directly discharge wastewater to the environment as part of its operational activities. Water withdrawn across the Group’s operations is primarily consumed through operational use and subsequently discharged through municipal or off-site treatment systems, where applicable. The table below summarises water discharge by destination for the past three financial years. Destination FYE 2026 (ML) FYE 2025 (ML) FYE 2024 (ML Ocean Nil Nil Nil Surface water Nil Nil Nil Subsurface / well Nil Nil Nil Off-site water treatment Nil Nil Nil Municipal / off-site treatment and other destinations 1 0.03 0.06 0.06 Total water discharge 0.03 0.06 0.06 1. Includes water discharged through municipal or off-site treatment systems, as well as water consumed through operational use and evaporation. As water discharge by final destination is not separately metered across operations, total water withdrawal is used as a proxy based on current data availability. In addition, the following water-related compliance indicators were monitored: Performance Indicator FYE 2026 FYE 2025 FYE 2024 Target Water-related regulatory noncompliance incidents 1 Nil Nil Nil Maintain compliance with applicable waterrelated regulatory requirements 1. Includes breaches of applicable water supply, drainage, wastewater discharge, sediment control or other water-related regulatory requirements relevant to the Group’s operations and project activities during the reporting period. Given the Group’s relatively low direct water dependency and modest operational water footprint, ENRA currently does not maintain a formal quantitative water reduction target. The Group’s current focus remains on responsible water use, operational efficiency and compliance with applicable water-related requirements across its operations and project activities.
