47 ANNUAL REPORT 2026 ENRA GROUP BERHAD Internship Programme The Internship Programme is designed to give undergraduate students hands-on experience relevant to their academic studies, for a period determined by their respective institutions. ENRA is committed to supporting young talents by providing meaningful industry exposure and helping them build a strong foundation for their future careers. Interns who demonstrate strong performance and potential may be offered contract or permanent roles within the Group. At the same time, workforce renewal enables the Group to attract new talent, capabilities and perspectives to support evolving business and operational requirements. The Group seeks to manage employee turnover at levels that support operational continuity, project execution and business performance while maintaining a capable and engaged workforce. COMMUNITY INVESTMENT Why is it important ENRA believes that supporting charitable and community-based initiatives reflects the Group’s values and provides opportunities to contribute positively to the wider community where appropriate. Our Approach The Group supports selected community and charitable initiatives on a modest and voluntary basis, taking into account business conditions, operational priorities and available resources. During FYE 2026, ENRA supported welfare and charitable initiatives benefiting underserved and disadvantaged communities, including food assistance and charitable fundraising programmes.
