ANTI-CORRUPTION Why is it important Integrity and ethical business conduct are fundamental to maintaining stakeholder confidence, regulatory compliance and sustainable business operations. The Group is committed to conducting its business activities with integrity and maintaining high standards of governance, transparency and accountability across its operations and business relationships. Our Approach Policy Commitment ENRA maintains a zero-tolerance stance against bribery, corruption and unethical conduct across its operations and business dealings. This commitment is supported by the Group’s Anti-Corruption Policy, Whistleblowing Policy, Gift and Hospitality Reporting Guidelines, and related governance and oversight processes. These policies apply to employees and, where relevant, contractors, suppliers and other third parties engaged in the Group’s business activities. Corruption Risk Assessment The Group conducts annual corruption risk assessments to identify, evaluate and manage corruption-related risks. Identified risks are incorporated into the Group’s risk management processes for ongoing monitoring and mitigation. Key areas assessed include procurement activities, contractor and supplier engagements, project execution activities, conflicts of interest, fraud risks and exposure to third-party misconduct. Consistent with the Group’s operating structure, integrity considerations are integrated into procurement, operational and project oversight processes across its business segments, including engagements with contractors, suppliers, technical service providers and offshore counterparties. Due diligence and assessment activities are undertaken in a manner proportionate to the nature, scale and risk profile of the engagement.
