Edgenta GreenTech is a wholly-owned subsidiary of UEM Edgenta, which in turn is a 69.14% subsidiary of UEMG. CelcomDigi is a 33.10% associated company of Axiata Group Berhad, which in turn is a 36.70% associated company of Khazanah. 39 Edgenta GreenTech Group Iskandar Investment Berhad (“IIB”) Khazanah is the holding company of UEMG by virtue of its 100% interest in UEMG. UEM Edgenta is a 69.14% subsidiary of UEMG. IIB is a 60% subsidiary of Khazanah. 40 Edgenta GreenTech Group Urusan Teknologi Wawasan Sdn. Bhd. (“UTWSB”) Khazanah is the holding company of UEMG by virtue of its 100% interest in UEMG. Edgenta GreenTech is a wholly-owned subsidiary of UEMG Edgenta, which in turn is a 69.14% subsidiary of UEMG. UTWSB is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Malaysia Airports Consultancy Services Sdn. Bhd., which in turn is a wholly-owned subsidiary of MAHB. MAHB is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Gateway Development Alliance Sdn. Bhd., which in turn is a 40% associated company of Pantai Panorama Sdn. Bhd, which in turn is a wholly-owned subsidiary if UEMG. 41 Edgenta GreenTech Group UEM Lestra Khazanah is the holding company of UEMG by virtue of its 100% interest in UEMG. Edgenta PROPEL is a wholly-owned subsidiary of UEM Edgenta, which in turn is a 69.14% subsidiary of UEMG. UEM Lestra is a wholly-owned subsidiary of UEMG. 42 Edgenta GreenTech Group KYUEM Khazanah is the holding company of UEMG by virtue of its 100% interest in UEMG. UEM Edgenta is a 69.14% subsidiary of UEMG. Yayasan KYUEM is the philanthropic arm of UEMG and had established KYUEM, a residential A-Level private higher education college. Datuk Amran Hafiz Affifudin is a director of UEM Edgenta and a member of Board of Governors of KYUEM.
