Bhd. and its subsidiaries (“EFSB Group”) UEM Builders Berhad (“UEM Builders”) Khazanah is the holding company of UEMG by virtue of its 100% interest in UEMG. EFSB is a wholly-owned subsidiary of UEM Edgenta, which in turn is a 69.14% subsidiary of UEMG. UEM Builders is a wholly-owned subsidiary of UEMG. 20 EFSB Group CIMB Group Holdings Berhad and its subsidiaries (“CIMB Group”) Khazanah is the holding company of UEMG by virtue of its 100% interest in UEMG. EFSB is a wholly-owned subsidiary of UEM Edgenta, which in turn is a 69.14% subsidiary of UEMG. Khazanah holds 23.92% equity interest in CIMB. 21 EFSB Group UEMG Group Khazanah is the holding company of UEMG by virtue of its 100% interest in UEMG. (“PHSB”) Khazanah is the holding company of UEMG by virtue of its 100% interest in UEMG. Edgenta PROPEL is a wholly-owned subsidiary of UEM Edgenta, which in turn is a 69.14% subsidiary of UEMG. Khazanah holds 15.59% equity interest in PHSB. 23 Edgenta PROPEL Group CIMA Khazanah is the holding company of UEMG by virtue of its 100% interest in UEMG.
